“Having lost three members of my family to dementia, I am throwing my support behind Race Against Dementia at a time when the need to work faster and smarter has never been clearer, the race is on to find both a prevention and a cure for dementia.”
“I chose to raise money for Race Against Dementia, after seeing the detrimental effects it had on my grandmother, the disease is elusive and especially cruel, and Race Against Dementia seeks to combat the disease with its research, and do so quickly. I attempted a summit of Aconcagua, (6,962m) and pushed through my limitations on behalf of the charity, and am proud to have raised money for such a worthy cause.”

“After hearing Sir Jackie promote Race Against Dementia in 2021, and as a big motor racing fan, I decided to use my 60th birthday as a reason to raise some money for RAD. I know dementia is something that could affect anyone, so wanted to help. My Challenge 60 Quadrathlon comprised of 25km row, spin, swim and walk, with the total of 100km equating to approx. 60 miles.”
