Too often, promising research moves slowly. Careers falter. Important ideas struggle to survive long enough to prove themselves.
Race Against Dementia Fellowships are designed to change that.
Our fellowships combine long-term funding with mentoring, leadership development and cross-disciplinary collaboration – giving early-career researchers the stability and support needed to pursue ambitious work over time.
Researchers are encouraged to think independently, learn through experience and build the confidence required to lead ambitious research through uncertainty and setbacks – helping the strongest ideas stick.
Inspired by the collaborative culture and continuous learning found in Formula 1, the fellowships support scientists not only in their research, but in how they build teams, solve problems and keep promising work alive.
We work with leading research institutions and charities to fund early-career researchers worldwide.
Our global fellowship programmes include:
By aligning expertise and resources across continents, we can accelerate discoveries that matter for families affected by dementia worldwide.
