We’re back at Run Fest Silverstone with another chance to take your place on the iconic Silverstone track – home to the British Grand Prix – and help drive forward a cure for dementia.
Whether you’re chasing a season-ending personal best or taking on a new challenge, the fast and flat Silverstone circuit is the perfect stage. You’ll run through famous corners like Stowe, Vale and the Hangar Straight – following in the tyre tracks of F1 greats.
Race Against Dementia has a limited number of charity places for Silverstone Run Fest 2026.
