Since 2023, NAPA Racing UK and Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) have proudly supported Race Against Dementia during the Knockhill race weekend in Scotland, carrying our logo on cars, race suits and merchandise to raise awareness and vital funds. This year, for the first time, that commitment has been on full display throughout the whole 2025 British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) season, still with a pinnacle moment during the team’s trip to Knockhill in August.
A weekend with purpose
Building on the success of previous years, the team returned to Knockhill with a packed schedule of fan activations designed to raise funds and awareness. After a large turnout last year, the Knockhill track walk took place once again on the Saturday where fans, staff and drivers came together to show solidarity against dementia for a charitable donation.
For the race weekend itself, the team unveiled a striking special-edition livery on their BTCC and MINI Challenge cars, while each driver wore custom race suits and helmets that will be auctioned off to boost fundraising efforts.

In the lead-up to the event, fans were also able to have their names featured on the team’s race cars and transporters, with more than 500 names proudly displayed across the entire NAPA Racing fleet.
Limited-edition tartan print merchandise also proved a hit at the NAPA Auto Parts trackside store, with a portion of every sale going directly to Race Against Dementia.

Riding against dementia
The race weekend came at the culmination of an incredible challenge for MINI Challenge driver and NAPA Auto Parts UK and Ireland Managing Director, Lewis Selby, who took to two wheels to cycle 410-miles from Milton Keynes to Knockhill.
On his journey, he stopped at a Race Against Dementia research facility in Edinburgh, witnessing first-hand the life-changing work that fundraising from organisations like NAPA Racing UK and Alliance Automotive does.
The message behind the fun
At the very heart of the event was a shared commitment to supporting the mission behind Race Against Dementia. The team and fans alike brought their passion for motorsport together with a drive to make a real difference, fuelling pioneering research with the hope of closing the gap to preventions and cures for dementia.
With the 2025 BTCC still underway, there is more to come from this wonderful partnership. We look forward to providing another update at the end of the season.
Thank you NAPA!
