Individual Giving to Race Against Dementia

RAD supports early career researchers in many different aspects of dementia research. There are currently RAD Fellows and RAD Associates based in the UK, Australia, the US, Europe and South Africa.

Each of these scientists is part of the RAD Fellowship Programme, which gives them a range of skills training aimed at encouraging them to think outside the box and become leaders in their respective fields. RAD wants to accelerate work in this field and drive significant breakthroughs in dementia research.

Supporter gifts are vital for this research.

“For Sir Jackie Stewart and everything he has done for Formula 1. After greeting him from the roadside whilst he was sitting in his racing car at Goodwood, he waved and allowed us to photograph him. My husband is a lifelong fan and feels honoured to have seen him up close. My own mother suffered with dementia, and I have wanted to contribute in some way to try to prevent further suffering of others, for some years.
