Mentoring

Given world-class resources, raw talent can be fast-tracked to greater success with mentoring, collaboration and teamwork.

The Race Against Dementia Fellowships not only funds excellent innovative research in world class institutions, but also provides leading edge development opportunities for the RAD Fellows.

The RAD fellows form an international team, that drive to create a shared goal of developing new ways to accelerate dementia research.  This is catalysed by mentoring from both within academia and from commercial and high technology research, as well as team-building and leadership development opportunities to unlock their collective potential.

The RAD Fellows have the opportunity to be mentored from both within academia and from commercial and high tech environments.
