Fundraising Officer

This role will provide effective administrative support to the Fundraising Team at Race Against Dementia.

The Fundraising Officer will work specifically on incoming Individual Donors, Legacy Donors and supporting Commercial Partnership Agreements. In addition to these tasks, they will support the Fundraising Team with record keeping, and support various fundraising activities throughout the year.

Salary range: £25,650 – £30,000 (dependent on experience).

Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Partnerships Manager. As a skilled relationship-builder, you excel in cultivating partnerships that generate income and drive mutual value whilst contributing to achieving strategic goals. In this dynamic role, you will lead diverse partnerships, playing a pivotal role within our expanding fundraising team.

Collaborating closely with the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the Partnerships Manager is tasked with bolstering our fundraising strategy. This involves nurturing our existing partnerships while also identifying and cultivating relationships with potential future partners. The role entails managing these relationships with both Corporates and Trusts and Foundations, providing essential reporting, and actively contributing to the development of a robust pipeline of new partnerships.

Salary range: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Community Fundraising Manager

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Fundraising Manager. You will be the main point of contact for Race Against Dementia donors and supporters, including for individual giving, community, in memory and legacy giving. You will lead on the community fundraising strategy and manage its associated income and expenditure budgets, ensuring that all targets are achieved and / or exceeded where possible.

You will enjoy building relationships and communicating with supporters. Through expert stewardship, you will ensure all our community supporters are invested and engaged with our cause and you will ensure all financial and relationship opportunities are explored and maximised to their fullest potential.

Salary range: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
